Week 9, # 23

I have also learned about a lot of the new tools out on the web available to me. I am certain that when creative opportunities come my way, both here at work and personally, I will think about what is out there that may either simplify, and/or enhance how I go about doing what I need to do.Mostly, I learned that this new 2.o technology is not all that difficult to learn to use, and I should not hesitate to get out there and be adventurous!

Week 9, # 22

I created an net account and searched for few subjects, was amazed to see so many subjects listed, not just IT or computer books but books like knitting, music etc
Its seem I am very lucky to download free e books and downloaded lot of books. Until now I have not come across any difficulties but thanx for giving this information. Your info is going to helps me a lot.

Week 9 # 21

I thought I knew. I thought I knew what a podcast was. And then I watched one. It was a ninja explaining podcast in a way I had not seen or heard of before. My search for a podcast of interest began at Yahoopodcasts and ended at podcastalley. I subscribed to thisone through bloglines. Now, I can listen to it on my computer, or download it to my mp3player and take it on-the-go! Pretty cool.

Week 9 # 20

I had viewed the site, once or twice, from afar, over someone's shoulder. I had imagined the way to Youtube, but had not been before now. Wow! You can search under countless categories for the video clip that will suit you.But it may take some time...you'll find clips that are boring, slow, and obviously made with someone else in mind. And, you'll find clips that entertain and instruct, home-videos, music videos, and current-event video clips, and much more!

Week 8, # 19

Of course, then there's Facebook - apparently everyone's on this and I can't understand why... after joining it!!!!... pretty much the only time I go into it these days is when I check my current games of scrabble - that's the only thing that really interests me in it, and apparently one of the only things you need to use your brain for... all people seem to do in this application is poke, throw things at you, invite you to join causes (which apparently means all you have to do is sign up to, you don't have to support the cause in any other way - don't quite understand that.
