Week 7, # 16
http://booklovers.pbwiki.com I really enjoyed this exercise. I went to booklovers and I signed up and it allowed me to add some books and also rate the books. There just were not enough fiction for me so I had to work it out. I didn't have to edit anyones reviews because I thought they did the books justice. The other wiki sites didn't really do anything for me so I'm just going to stick with the bookslovers this go round
Week 6, # 15
Taking all of the info in on 2.0 had my head spinning. I'm nervous about keeping up with all of the changes that are going to come even if we don't want them to. I thought I was scared when we first put computers in the library, but now I know we could not live without them. I thought this was going to only affect the librarians the most, however I was wrong it's going to get us all. I just can't believe all of the information that is out on computers now.

Week 6, # 14
Blogs are still new and people are learning new ways to use them and the other internet tools, so it could be expected that technical topics would be popular on technorati. Entertainment is also a big part of the internet, and technorati would be a good way to find the latest videos and entertainment news.
Week 6, # 13
Del.icio.us is a great tool for bookmarking sites with information that you want to be able to retrieve later. While I was trying out the site, I came accross a couple of articles that I wanted to come back to. This motivated me to set up a Del.icio.us account. I have bookmarked about 10 sites
Week5, # 12
The Rollyo is great for narrowing searches to only those sites that have relevant information. I looked at the Rollyo search rolls mentioned in the instructions and had good results from the searches. I searched Travel sites and added them to my scroll.

Week 5 # 11
When I started putting together the books It looks awesome to see many of the covers and to just click on a cover and read about the books. I couldn't stop adding books I was shooting for 100 books.
